The One World Media respects your privacy.  One World Media only gathers personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, post codes, e-mail addresses etc. when it is submitted voluntarily – for example, when someone signs up for our mailing list, or enters the One World Media Awards. Any information we collect will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed in ways that you have not consented to.

If you sign up to receive email updates you may receive periodic mailings from us, with information about One World Media. Your email address will only ever be used for this purpose. You can unsubscribe from our e-newsletters at any time by emailing contact@oneworldmedia.org.uk with your removal request.

The One World Media website uses Google Analytics to help analyse relevant website statistics. This analytical tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate how the One World Media website is being used, and to generate statistical reports.

One World Media will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google Analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither One World Media nor Google will link, or seek to link, to an IP address with the identity of a computer user.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying the settings on your browser. The website of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) tells you how to remove cookies from your browser.

There are some links on the One World Media site which, when clicked upon, will take you to an external site. This Privacy Policy only applies to www.oneworldmedia.org.uk, and not to any third party sites. One World Media is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites, even if our name and logo appear on the screen.  We recommend that you review the privacy policies on third-party sites before you use any services or programmes they offer.
