One World Media is a registered charity (number 296335). Its registered offices are at CAN Mezzanine, 32-36 Loman Street, London, SE1 0EH. Its registered VAT number is 749 7103 11.

When paying for One World Media Awards entry fees on this site, or by any other method, please be aware that we cannot refund any entry fees.

If you submit an entry to the Awards, and choose not to pay online, we will need to receive payment within 2 weeks of the date you entered. Please be aware that we cannot accept entries that are not paid for.

When paying for One World Media Awards ceremony tickets, please be aware that we can only offer a refund for bookings cancelled at least 1 month before the ceremony is due to take place. If you have bought tickets, and you need to change the names to which your tickets are allocated, you can do this by contacting us at least 4 working days before the ceremony is due to take place.

Payment may be refused if it is not possible to authorise your card, if the item you are trying to buy is not available, or if the relevant payment or entry deadline has expired.

When you come to pay for any items, we will indicate whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to display prices without VAT, but we will still indicate that VAT is separate and yet to be included.
