We are very pleased to welcome Godfrey Cromwell and Leonor Stjepic to the One World Media Board of Trustees.
Godfrey and Leonor each bring a wealth of NGO and fundraising experience to the One World Media team, having worked to bring about lasting positive change across a wide range of organisations.
Leonor has spent the majority of her career in the NGO sector, from co-founding the Amnesty International Working Group for Children to leading the Galapagos Conservation Trust, where she worked with the BBC on the first Galapagos series with David Attenborough.
She recently took up her fourth CEO role as Chief Executive of the Montessori Group, and brings invaluable leadership experience to One World Media, having supported numerous boards, including the Jane Goodall Institute and Chair of London Fire Brigade Enterprises.
Godfrey joins One World Media after an impressive 35 year career working with not-for profit organisations all over the world, from disaster relief and medical programmes, to appropriate technology and enterprise development. Since 1990 his work has centred on economic reform, human rights and the quality of elections in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
As a crossbench (independent) peer in the House of Lords and an experienced political and business advisor, Godfrey’s highly regarded expertise will be a welcome addition to the One World Media board.
“We are thrilled to welcome two such experienced trustees to the board. Their fundraising, change leadership and business expertise will be invaluable to One World Media’s ongoing development, and we look forward to working with them both.” – Gemma Bradshaw, Director of One World Media
We’re happy to have worked in partnership with Nurole to recruit these trustees.
