International Reporting Workshop

Our day-long workshops inspire and enable the next generation of documentary filmmakers, journalists and media makers to cover stories from the wider world through interactive sessions that highlight the skills necessary to deliver outstanding reporting from
developing countries.

The content of the workshops is relevant, current and aimed at those wanting to produce international stories. Topics covered include the practicalities of international productions, how to ensure your safety and that of your contributors, interview techniques and how to engage audiences with stories from the wider world. The teaching is supported by numerous clips of current media coverage and examples of best practice.

Workshops are held at our offices in central London and cost £69 to attend (early bird price: £59).

To encourage equal opportunities we have a limited number of discounted tickets for BAME and low income participants. Discounted tickets are allocated to selected applicants before the early bird deadline. If you would like to apply to be considered for one of these places, please fill in this form.

Please note that lunch and refreshments are included in the ticket price. If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact us on 020 7922 7943 in advance of the event.
